The official trailer for Tom Cruise’s latest Mission: Impossible adventure has landed. The tantalising look at the upcoming Dead Reckoning Part One sets the stakes higher than ever for Ethan Hunt while director Christopher McQuarrie gives us a glimpse into the numerous death-defying action feats of the fearless Cruise.
The seventh entry in the Mission: Impossible franchise finds Cruise’s Ethan Hunt and the IMF team embarking on their most dangerous mission yet. It involves tracking down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity if it falls into the wrong hands.
With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan’s past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Throughout Hunt is confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, forcing him to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most.
Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One stars Cruise alongside returning actors Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg and Rebecca Ferguson. The rest of the cast includes Vanessa Kirby, Henry Czerny, Esai Morales, Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, Shea Whigham and Greg Tarzan Davis. Rob Delaney, Cary Elwes and Mark Gatiss also appear.
