Hollywood star Kevin Hart has been hurt in a horrific California car crash. According to reports, he was able to walk away from the accident that also involved two of his friends but has sustained “major back injuries”.
Kevin Hart had a lucky escape when the car he and two friends were travelling in lost control and hurtled down a hill. According to reports, Hart was able to walk away from the accident but two passengers had to be cut out of the car by the fire department.
Images sourced by TMZ reveal the extent of the damage caused to the car which is believed to have lost control before ending up in a ditch in the Malibu Hills. The updated conditions of all three occupants are still unknown.
The accident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning on Mulholland Highway. The road is known for its treacherous, winding roads. Police told reporters the driver – Hart’s friend Jared Black – was at the wheel of the classic 1970 Plymouth Barracuda at the time of the crash and had not been drinking.
The other passenger did not require hospital treatment at the time but Black was taken to UCLA Medical Center. Hart was apparently able to walk away from the car but received hospital care later.
All the major news outlets have contacted Hart’s representatives for an update on his condition and are waiting for a response.
