“The Festival” Comes To DVD, Blu-ray & Digital On December 10

Described by Capital FM as “British comedy at its best”, The Festival, from the creators of The Inbetweeners, arrives on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital on December 10.

The Festival

Capital FM calls director Iain Morris’ The Festival, “British comedy at its best”, as Nick (Joe Thomas) joins his friend Shane (Hammed Animashaun) for an epic three-day music festival. Will the music, mayhem and mud help him get over recently being dumped by his girlfriend?

Festival “aficionado” Amy (played by the Emmy Award nominated Claudia O’Doherty) tries to help Shane get his best mate over his ex by embracing their three days of anarchy as the BAFTA Award-winning creators of celebrated TV comedy-drama The Inbetweeners celebrate friendship, growing up, and going mad in a field.

Written by Keith Akushie and Joe Parham (the writing duo responsible for BBC Three’s Siblings), The Festival is the first feature film of the new production company, Fudge Park (formed by The Inbetweeners writers and executive producers Iain Morris and Damon Beesley).

The Festival is out on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital Download on December 10.
