The Witcher, based on the best-selling fantasy series, is an epic tale of fate and family. Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. Freya Allan, Jodhi May, Anya Chalotra, MyAnna Buring, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson and Adam Levy join the previously announced Henry Cavill in Netflix’s upcoming fantasy drama, The Witcher.

The pivotal role of Ciri, Princess of Cintra, will be played by Allan (known for The War of the Worlds, Into The Badlands) while Queen Calanthe will be played by Game of Thrones’ Jodhi May. Her Calanthe’s husband, the knight Eist will be played by Fortitude’s Björn Hlynur Haraldsson who will be joined by Adam Levy as druid Mousesack.
