Nineties cult cinema arrives at Space Studios in Hackney this July with the outdoor event screening films chosen by different London creatives in celebration of their personal and professional lives.
Tee’s and Cee’s are excited to announce the return of the ‘We Love The 90s Film Fest’, an annual outdoor film experience screening a selection of classic and cult 90s films. From Friday 29th – Sunday 31st July 2016, the ‘We Love The 90s Film Fest’ will offer guests the best in 90s cinema at its brand new home Space Studios in Hackney.
Each screening will be hosted by a different London creative, presenting a selection of films that offer insight into their personal and professional lives. New to the ‘We Love The 90s Film Fest’ family for 2016 is event and artist manager Kate Bond, BBC 1Xtra’s DJ Ace, journalist and author Alfred Tong and singer/songwriter Roses Gabor.
2016’s film line-up brings the usual 90s flavour with Eddie Murphy’s romantic comedy Boomerang, Guy Ritchie’s British crime thriller Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels and the Hong Kong based cult classic Chunking Express making the cut.
A live DJ and food and drink from London’s finest street food vendors will also be on offer through-out the weekend, providing the perfect accompaniment to this outdoor summer cinema experience.
The three day ‘We Love The 90s Film Fest’ will begin on Friday 29th July from 7pm, hosts and selected films include:
