Where Are They Now: Breakfast Club Stars Celebrate The Film’s 30th Birthday

This year marks 30 years since we were first introduced to the brain, the beauty, the jock, the rebel and the recluse in John Hughes’ seminal classic The Breakfast Club.

Where are they now? Well, 30 years on from John Hughes’ seminal teen classic The Breakfast Club, a film that gave high school kids restored belief in themselves by saying: it’s okay to be YOU, stars Ally Sheedy and Molly Ringwald joined 1,300 fans to revisit the film in its newly restored digital version at Austin, Texas’ Paramount Theatre.

SXSW 2015 saw the world premiere of the newly restored version of The Breakfast Club which arrives in Blu-ray and Digital Ultraviolet formats April 6th 2015 in the UK.

Cast members Molly Ringwald and Ally Sheedy took part in a special Q&A prior to the screening while local elementary school children from the Barton Hills Choir serenaded the cast and audience with their rendition of “Don’t You (Forget About Me).”
