To celebrate 50 years of James Bond Top 10 Films takes a look at the best bad guys, Bond girls, gadgets, cars, one-liners and more…
2012 marked the 50 years of Bond movies since Sean Connery first uttered the immortal line about being “Bond…James Bond”. Key to the celebrations was the release of the terrific Skyfall, easily one of the best Bond films ever, featuring Daniel Craig as 007 in his third film as the British secret agent. The film took Bond back to his roots as his relationship with boss “M” deepened inside the countryside home of his youth while trying to evade the evil Raoul Silva. It had a little bit of everything – the action, the adventure, the cars, the bad guys, and the Bond girls – with some added meat on the bones that took the character to places he’d never gone before – both physically and emotionally.
To celebrate this long-running series Top 10 Films took a look at its favourite things about James Bond – from the Bond girls to the gadgets, cars and villains. I finished the series with my top 10 Bond films.
